International. Ooredoo Kuwait and Huawei jointly announced the signing of a "Future Mode of Operation (FMO)" contract for IT and Network Service Management at the Huawei Global Service Forum 2015.
Under the terms of the contract, Huawei will offer Ooredoo Kuwait network and IT operations management, network performance management, and service quality improvement. Huawei will offer an ICT convergence operations solution and telecommunications equipment using convergence operations processes, resources and tools. The goal is to help Ooredoo Kuwait achieve digital transformation and operational excellence, and improve the customer experience.

"It will accelerate our speed to market, improve network performance and quality of service, and improve the end-user experience.
