Mexico. Agasys, a Mexican company dedicated to the development of technological solutions and services through market knowledge, announces the results of its Top Retail study, which refers to the percentage of times in which employees comply with policies established in the different points of sale of the country.
Carried out with more than 133 thousand virtual visits to more than a thousand branches of 75 brands, the Top Retail indicates that the most outstanding metric during the month of August was Order and Cleaning, with 96% compliance (same rate compared to the previous month).
On the other hand, the Security policy had a considerable percentage decline by obtaining 77% compliance (a decrease compared to 97% during July).
Staff behavior increased by one percentage point to 83% compliance.
The other policies also observe a setback where Proceso de Venta fell one point compared to the month of July and obtained 90% compliance; Customer Service achieved 86% (compared to 87% in the previous month); Schedules decreased two percentage points and obtained a compliance of 84%, finally, the Additional Sale lost three percentage points and stood with 84% during August.
According to Agasys' analysis, this was partly due to the peso's parity against the dollar and speculation in the mass media regarding a period of financial uncertainty.
Agasys specialists recommend that companies form a solid mission and vision to give equal importance to all metrics, so that employees consider them with the same importance; also, to point out the communication in the collaborators, explaining that external factors do not necessarily affect their work (as is the case of the increase in the price of the dollar).
The report is made with SMI of Agasys in brands dedicated to the sale of luxury goods, automotive, commerce and self-service, food, decoration, entertainment, clothing, accessories, and technology, among others.
