Colombia. Bosch Sistemas de Seguridad has installed a centralized system in Corferias, an exhibition venue with more than 60 years in Bogotá, Colombia. Corferias is focused on the professional operation of fairs, management of spaces and infrastructure and realization of events, more than 50,000 square M2 for exhibitions, with parking capacity of more than 2,250 vehicles.
With the Bosch solution, the end customer Corferias was able to centralize everything in one system to manage video surveillance, fire control, access and intrusion systems from a single area. Together with the integrator International Integration Company - CI2, more than 150 dome-type perimeter cameras were installed, more than 5 FPA-5000 fire panels in a network distributed by pavilions with optical smoke detectors, motion detectors, glass break sensors, access control systems and BIS integration software. The design of these systems is modular because the growth project of the Corferias Center is contemplated for 15 years which includes a Convention Center, Hotel, parking lots and the total renovation of all the pavilions.
As a result, we have a sophisticated security system with early detection of criminal incidents through the identification of an individual. Proactive control of crowd management and continuous support from the integrating company.
