Bolivia. The Secretary of Security, Justice and Human Rights of the Government of Tarija, Yamil García, reported that to execute the project of acquisition of security cameras they will wait for the results of the study that will define the quantity and quality of the surveillance cameras for the different neighborhoods of the city.
"Before carrying out an equipment project, a study must be carried out to define if the city of Tarija needs 200, 300 or what will be the specific number of cameras that will be needed, that we agree that all the institutions that have to do with the issue of citizen security," García explained.
He added that the study will be carried out this year and that the execution of the project is expected for the next management.
