Latin America. HID Global, world leader in secure identification solutions, will be present during the ALAS Management Summit, which takes place in Miami on July 22 and 23, 2015, one of the most outstanding academic spaces in the region, where visitors will be able to know the company's solutions in access control, based on SEOS technology and also mobile access applications, which are one of the central pillars of the future in access control.
According to Gustavo Gassmann, Director of the Access Control Segment for Latin America of HID Global, the future of access control is based on three pillars: mobility represented in applications for cell phones, tablets and wearables, high-performance integration with other systems such as video surveillance, alarms, HVAC, among others, and new business models focusing on security as a service, three aspects that continuously drive the innovation of companies that manufacture security solutions.
"Integration has existed for at least 20 years, but reality shows us that its administration is often complex, the trend is simplification," says Gassmann, who adds that "integration with different hardware, using and taking advantage of part of the infrastructure of our 'neighbors' will be a market trend for integration in access control and in conjunction with other elements of electronic security."
As integration is a key trend in the security market, the Summit is a space of great importance for the industry and its actors, as it annually brings together the community to find business opportunities and network. On this occasion, people from 18 countries in Latin America will attend, including manufacturers, integrators and end users.
On the other hand, Gustavo Gassman highlights that, although Latin America is very well positioned in technological terms in the access control market with solutions in most countries in the region, "technology is not everything, so the contribution of ALAS is highly valued in terms of professional training, whose contribution is fundamental for the growth of integrators who use and distribute technology", Concludes.
Other solutions that HID Global will have at its summit exhibition will include visitor management applications with EasyLobby, as well as custom printing of secure credentials with Asure ID solutions and Fargo HDP5000 printers.
HID Global will have a space in the exhibition of the ALAS Management Summit 2015 during the two days of the event, at stand T22.
