Latin America. Samsung Techwin America announced the addition of Oswaldo Lafee to its team as Marketing Manager for the entire region. He will be working from Samsung Techwin's office located in Miami, Florida.
Oswaldo has more than 15 years of experience in the world of Digital Marketing. He has been a member of the board of directors of NY Advertising week, has won PromaxBDA awards for clients such as Turner Interactive, Disney Channel and Fox.
His experience has always had as points in common two fundamental factors: the issues related to the coexistence of traditional marketing with the new emerging digital marketing trends; as well as the precise understanding of the different fibers that weave Latin American regional cultures.
"The appointment of such an experienced person as Mr. Lafee will allow Samsung Techwin greater fluidity in its communications and a very effective relationship with all its business partners throughout the region," said Pedro Duarte, Vice President of Sales for Samsung Techwin Latin America.
In his role as Marketing Manager for Samsung Techwin Latin America, Oswaldo will consolidate the Business Intelligence function, as well as brand communications. All aspects of the management of marketing strategies and tactics to be implemented by Samsung Techwin at the level of channels and final consumer will be coordinated by Mr. Lafée, together with the Vice Presidency of Samsung Techwin Latin America.
Likewise, all brand communication factors and channel relations, business partner assistance programs, loyalty programs and available marketing funds, education and certification programs, promotional initiatives towards the consumer as well as the presence of Samsung Techwin in the major Security events in the region will be in charge of Oswaldo.
