Passenger flow can be improved by automating boarding pass control. This reduces waiting lines at the entrance by eliminating crowding of passengers and increasing security by keeping a timely check on all accessers.
When reading the boarding pass, the new automatic access systems send the information regarding the access of each passenger to the corresponding airline or the airport operator. This information allows you to know if all passengers on a given flight have boarded on time, or if there is any delay. In addition, it allows differentiating passengers from first class, business class or VIPs, reducing the waiting time for each case.
