International. Infinova reached an agreement for the acquisition of March Networks Corporation, a provider of intelligent IP video solutions and the market leader of DVR/NVR in the U.S., for approximately US$88 million.
"The combination of research, development and innovation capabilities for technological design will provide our customers with complete video security solutions," said Jeffrey Liu, President of Infinova, who further added that "this transaction increases our global presence and will take us to the top 10 security and surveillance locations in the global market in terms of revenue."
