Latin America. Sugar Land, TX. Iluminar INC, a company dedicated to the development of lighting systems for CCTV, recently signed a representation agreement with LRG International with which it hopes to bring its solutions to the Latin American and Caribbean market.
The entry of Iluminar INC to these markets comes at a time of time, in which the Latino integrator is more demanding and seeks systems that can provide added value to common CCTV solutions.
"Iluminar INC can help integrators and end users in Latin America add value to their traditional CCTV systems. People acquire these solutions to stop or reduce crime. If you don't have good lighting in CCTV systems, then they end up being underutilized," said Eddie Reynolds, the company's president.
He also stressed that having a partner like LRG Int. in the region is quite positive, as you can take advantage of the representative's work ethic, as well as his extensive knowledge of the market.
Glenn Patrizio, director of LRG Int., reaffirming the idea that this product line will benefit both integrators and end users, said that "integrators working with low-light CCTV applications will benefit greatly from these products. The great advantage of Iluminar is that they have solutions for any CCTV application, for any distance and angle of view."
From a technical point of view, infrared illuminators, the wavelength of 850 nanometers, 12-32 VDC or 24 volts, will also be available in POE (Power Over Ethernet) models, or powered through the same UTP cable).
