Panama. For the first time in the Central American region, the NFPA 2011 Regional Congress will be held, which will take place at the Intercontinental Miramar Hotel in Panama City, between October 6 and 7.
The event seeks to bring together professionals from the human safety and fire protection industry in order to share, discuss and unify concepts and practices that are implemented in the industry in the regional context.
During the two days that are scheduled, topics such as new strategies for fire protection in warehouses and mass transport systems, extinguishing technology through the use of clean agents, current regulations on smoke detection and new equipment will be discussed.
Likewise, the congress will have a commercial exhibition that will be attended by academic organizations and companies that manufacture and market products such as alarms, hoses, water extinguishers, gas detection equipment, software, valves, among others.
