Panama. With the opening speech of Eduardo Vargas, president of the Latin American Security Association, ALAS, the second Management Summit began, which seeks to provide industry professionals with an update on current trends in the management of security businesses.
Samuel Yecutieli, in his conference "Security as a service", spoke about the current situation of the economy, as well as citizen security, which presents a new panorama in which companies must seek a novel model of action that is based on the rental of security equipment rather than on its sale, presenting a higher return on investment.
For his part, Ricardo Martínez presented the Balanced Scorecard, an administration system for security companies that must begin in strategic planning and in the vision that each company has, to make it a reality by measuring its activities based on it. "We have to see the organization in a comprehensive systemic way," he said.
