United States. The last ISC West fair recently concluded with a 10% increase in attendance compared to 2010. The event offered business opportunities for manufacturers and service providers with representatives from each segment of the security distribution channel, including distributors, specifiers, system integrators and a portion of end users (7%).
More than 10% of attendees were international, with security professionals from Canada representing the largest turnout, followed by Mexico, Brazil, Korea and Australia.
900 companies exhibited more than ten thousand products during the three days of the show, in addition, the academic segment presented an educational program with current topics such as the cloud, video analytics, HD cameras, analog vs digital technology, security management, standards, as well as the current state of the industry.
ISC West 2012 will be held march 28-30.
