For two days, managers, directors and presidents of security companies in Latin America will meet for the first time at the ALAS (Latin American Security Association) Management Summit to learn about strategies, trends and the situation of the industry from industry experts and colleagues.This Summit, which will be held on July 21 and 22, 2010 in Miami, seeks to provide industry professionals with management tools to identify opportunities for growth and business development, based on success stories of entrepreneurs in the region and keynote speeches.
Víctor Alarcón, executive director of ALAS, explained that this forum has been specifically designed to analyze and debate the reality of companies and the environment that surrounds them. "Through conferences with specialists in topics such as the Balanced Score Card, project management, industry trends, as well as success stories of distributors and security integrators in Latin America, the ALAS Management Summit will allow attendees to focus on the issues that the day-to-day management of companies does not allow to see", Emphasized.
The conference program includes topics such as: twenty-first century security management; security projects: how to approach and address them so as not to lose when they are awarded to us; operational and strategic planning of medium and small security companies, their Achilles heel for growth and how to sell security projects (best practices for integrators and success story of an integrating company), among others.
