Optelecom-NKF, Inc., a producer of advanced IP video solutions, announced its participation in the Coordinated Highway and Local Network Operations (Falcon) project in conjunction with Scientechnic, a systems engineering and installation project company from Dubai, the Middle East.The introduction of Intelligent Traffic System (ITS) technology in Dubai has reduced accidents and increased safety. Falcon is a modern ITS project aimed at the Emirates that increasing the volume of traffic while providing greater road safety.
Optelecom-NKF is working with Scientechnic to incorporate Siqura® IP switches within the Falcon architecture to connect all IP base data streams within the network.
