Cortech's Datalog 4 security management software is the core of the system: it offers an integrated graphical interface that provides a single routine for interfacing with different systems; includes an alarm interface function with a Vicon CCTV array, which records and stores all images of any incident captured by the 50 installed Vicon cameras. The frame rate and compression method are programmable, and automatic camera selection controls the movement of PTZ cameras to predetermined positions. The cameras combine Vicon minidomes and specialized "cell" cameras. Both companies had successfully worked on previous projects.
