This installation represents a pilot project for Sony with a view to reproducing it in similar facilities and warehouses. The system consists of a combination of Sony SNC-RX550N PTZ cameras and SNC-DF50 minidomes for the interior and surroundings of the building, controlled by RealShot Manager™ video management software. DynaView™ intelligent motion detection technology adapts to site requirements with backlit environments, capturing sharp images simultaneously in close-ups and backgrounds. Another advantage is the recording function with variable frame rate of the SNC-RX550 cameras, as they can be programmed to record continuously at low speed (5 frames/sec) and increase to 30 frames per second in alarm events. This conserves storage resources to capture up to 60 days of images.
