Brivo to manage security of 1000 owners

USA. Brivo Systems LLC, a leader in web applications for security and access control systems, will install its ACS WebService™ remote administrator system as the main interface and access control system in the modernization of the security system of the Conejo Residence Owners Association, in California. The association, which comprises more than 1,000 homes, decided to modernize its system due to the difficulty of administration with the removal of owners or the duplication of keys, plus vandalism and excessive use of common areas. To address these issues, AS&T was chosen to design and install an integrated access control and video surveillance system, including Mifare smart card technology and remote management performed by Brivo Systems. The new system reduces maintenance costs and allows remote administration. The Brivo system allows access to the administrator system from various platforms, such as mobile phones, laptops or desktops; the members of the association or the administrative firm can access the information at any time from any computer connected to the Internet. Mifare cards and readers will be supplied by DigiOn24.
