ISTC consolidates its Operations Department

Diana GutiérrezLatin America. With 2015 geared towards improving customer service, International Security & Trading Corp. (ISTC) recently announced major changes to its Operations Department.

The first announcement has to do with the incorporation of Diana Gutiérrez as the new Operations Manager. She will be based at ISTC Miami and will be responsible for the department, including the operational areas of the regional offices in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile and Mexico.

Diana, with more than 7 years of experience in Operations, has focused on distribution services, production, inventory control, warehousing, general management of office procedures, transportation, health and safety.

In his professional career he has held several positions: Sales Operations, Purchasing and Logistics until becoming operations manager for a major manufacturer in the Security industry.

"I am very happy to be part of the ISTC family. At first, my main goal will be the implementation of SAP in the company. SAP will be the foundation to help our organization seamlessly integrate new processes to help us meet the challenges to support the company's growth projections in the coming years," said Diana Gutierrez.

Kiki GómezMeanwhile, Kiki Gómez will serve as customer service manager and will ensure a more agile and efficient service where our main objective will be customer satisfaction and lasting business relationships.

And for her part, Junika Lahitte assumes the position of Customer Service Representative for the Andean region, a new challenge that she receives with all the commitment to support the ISTC Andina sales team.

Junika LahitteRegarding the 20 years of ISTC, these changes are aimed at standardizing the company's processes in order to unify it in all its territories, departments, areas, tasks and activities, which will be reflected in being a more competitive company, which adds value and provides a more precise orientation to the client.
