Peru. In the municipality of San Juan de Lurigacho, a video surveillance system was recently inaugurated that has 18 high-resolution security cameras to record criminal acts.
The cameras will be able to identify with greater clarity faces of people, license plates of vehicles among other objects, in addition the control room will have five 42-inch monitors, which will allow to observe the images recorded by the cameras through a monitoring software.
The system is complemented by a video intelligence analysis server, a recording server and a communication cabinet. In addition, the mobile units will be close to the place where the cameras are located for a better reaction.
