Latin America. The course of central alarm operators of the CSSA (Association of Alarm Centers), which has been very well received in the United States, will be provided in Latin America by ALAS.This educational program will be carried out online and attendees must only have a computer connected to the network. Through seven modules and a certification exam, the staff of the monitoring centers will be trained and will be able to provide their customers with an excellent service.
