On January 15, Kode, avantitek's parent company and Everfocus' wholesale distributor for Latin America, will open a new company headquarters in Bogotá, the Colombian capital. This new office seeks to offer service, support and follow-up to distributors and installers who acquire the brand's equipment such as cameras and DVRs. Likewise, users will be able to acquire items from the leading brands in the market such as HP, Intel, Logitech, Corsair, Apex and Transcend, which are offered by this wholesaler for all of Latin America.Due to his career in Kode Venezuela, engineer Carlos Rojas will direct the new headquarters, which stands out as an important advance taking into account the positive balance that Avantitek's participation in the Bogotá Security Fair, held last October, had.
Colombia has been chosen by the firm due to the characteristics of the market, which is offered as mature and representative for being one of the largest in Latin America. As expressed by Javier Lupi, director of Kode Technologies and Avantitek Corp, this South American country offers "strength in currency and legal security, where it will be very easy to develop the strategies that we have applied in Venezuela and that have given us strength. What we want to bring to Colombia is our experience in distribution."
Regarding the last Security Fair of Bogotá, the company managed to approach more than 250 companies and business contacts, in addition to acquiring effective databases that will expand the market for computer security solutions.
