With the purpose of strengthening public security in Tamaulipas, Governor Eugenio Hernández Flóres allocated 958 million 522 thousand pesos to fully modernize the police telecommunications network. In this state, an investment of more than 110 million pesos was made for the telecommunications network, so that there are seven stations and nine interconnection centers that achieve a state coverage of 92 percent.
