Brazil. Bycon Soluções Inteligentes, representative for South America of VPON technology (for digital transmission and recording of audio and video over IP), received investments from Nansen, one of the main players in the energy measurement segment in Brazil.
Nasen, which has invested in biometrics and imaging companies of high technological value, now acquires 40% of Bycon's shares.
With the insertion and distribution of VPON solutions in other Latin American countries, Bycon plans to expand its operations. It currently has three representatives in South America and a network of resellers and integrators in Brazil. VPON solutions, with lower bandwidth consumption and a good development and systems integration kit , allow you to manage an internet monitoring center, in addition to accessing images through a cell phone and transmitting them in real time, using 3G technology.
