Mexico. Last September, Giprex, renowned event organizer in Mexico and organizer of Mexico Safety Expo 2008, announced its new business agreement with George Fletcher and Andrea Ferrando, who will work closely with giprex President Samuel Ordaz to focus on developing future initiatives. Fletcher will serve as director of business development and Andrea will serve as director of marketing. George has 20 years of experience planning and establishing marketing and sales strategies in the electronic security industry. During his career he has accumulated the experience that has given him the business carried out in South America, Canada and thirty other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Since 2004 George has been a project consultant and has developed strategies for Expo Seguridad Mexico, the most important commercial event in the industry. Flectcher has been vice president of the Security Industry Association, SIA, co-founder of the Latin American Security Association, ALAS, and one of the founders of Mission 500.
For her part, Andrea Ferrando, who has 10 years in the security industry, has worked very closely with Expo Seguridad Mexico for five years as Marketing Director and has also served as Executive Director of ALAS. She also served as an international account consultant for Pelco and at Honeywell as marketing director for Latin America.
