Today, the company works on the personalization of plastic cards, and plastic cards with contact chip and contactless, for loyalty systems, access control, financial cards and of all kinds. Likewise, PandaID carries out technological developments in smart multiplication cards that have been implemented in financial institutions, universities, hotels and libraries, among others.
The company has commercial alliances with HID, Zebra Card Printers, Versatil Card Technologic and Warhc Data and an office in Bogotá, Colombia, from where nearly 300 thousand solutions have been made in this country.
Luis Alberto González, director of Panda ID explains that by 2008 the goal is to develop larger markets and access them, as well as work in the area of the integration of products with smart cards in universities in order to expand it, and take it hand in hand with manufacturers representing other territories. He also affirms that by next year they hope to have a regional office that serves South America and the Caribbean.
