Once these factors have been correctly analyzed, you will need to ask yourself a number of very important questions, including:
Can my team of auditors be objective enough to find mistakes made by their co-workers?
Many times the internal audit team does not report certain failures because someone close or work colleague was the one who did not secure the object analyzed and both fall into the myth that it will be fired or reprimanded for having incurred in the fault.
