Mexico. Located on Avenida Marina Nacional, Miguel Hidalgo district, the new Tecnosinergia store was built under an innovative concept that brings together, in one place, the management of express deliveries, customer service and a showroom-type space.
According to Tecnosinergia, this is the fourth of twenty stores projected to open in the metropolitan area of the Mexican capital. It was also known that the new space will be open to the general public, but under an approach aimed mainly at integrators.
"The objective is to provide market specialists with an immediate service that speeds up the development of their projects. Does it take time for you to travel to our parent branch every time you need a cable, tool, or camera kit? No more! Visit us at our nearest points of sale and find what you need quickly and quickly," said Daniel Nissan, CEO of Tecnosinergia.
The executive also specified that the new store will offer same-day delivery services, while orders can even be placed via instant messaging: "The service time drops to less than 5 minutes, even if the interested party sends us a WhatsApp we can deliver their order to the car. This is the agility we are looking for to serve specialists in these types of stores," Nissan added.
The opening ceremony was attended by executives from brands such as Belden, Enson, ZKTeco, Ajax Systems, Meriva, Duo Smart and Uniview, available from now on in Tecnosinergia Express Plus.
