Desico is also a manufacturer of technological products such as the Vigiplus PSIM system, which has sold more than 5,000 licenses so far.
With this merger, Desico seeks to strengthen its position as a leader in security integration, while the Casmar Group expands its portfolio of services and strengthens its presence in the market.
In a joint statement, both entities expressed their intention to work to set the standard in the industry and provide comprehensive, complete and high-quality solutions to their customers.
In this way, they indicated, Desico will continue its operations while maintaining both its own brand and the operational headquarters and organizational structure, ensuring the quality of operations and business continuity.
