These new products enable more edge devices to be deployed over longer distances and with more power to accommodate a greater variety of specialized surveillance and security applications.

Altronix is increasing power with an enhanced line of NetWay products designed to accommodate 802.3bt PoE cameras, illuminators, locking devices, LED lighting and more. New IEEE 802.3bt compliant midspans and hardened PoE switches provide up to 90W per port, with capacity for fiber or structured cable. Models are available in a variety of single-port and multiport configurations for indoor or outdoor applications.
Adding more value to your system, the new NetWay Series adapters allow two devices through a single structured cable. NetWay3012P provides PoE+ (30W) and 12VDC simultaneously, while NetWay2ES provides 2 PoE+ (60W) ports to power IP cameras, external microphones, IR illuminators, and more, reducing installation time and costs.
For specialized installations that are difficult to access, the Altronix PACE1KRT single-torque Ethernet adapter kit transmits power and data over twisted pair at distances of up to 1000 m. This solution is ideal when deploying networked security and surveillance devices over longer distances, such as elevators and other remote industrial applications.
Altronix has also expanded its line of fire power solutions with the launch of new rackmount NAC power extenders that increase fire signaling capacity while taking up less space, where wall space is limited or not an option.
