Latin America. Milestone Systems recently released its Device Pack 10.0a, which supports MOBOTIX's MOVE series of cameras.
MOBOTIX MOVE is an independent line of products that offers customers everything from a single source. The word "MOVE" refers to the use of moving mechanical parts in cameras, which means that MOBOTIX has divested itself of its previous product policy, which was to only offer the market decentralized video systems. The products in the MOBOTIX MOVE line are the first motor devices and constitute the first line of Mobotix cameras that comply with the ONVIF standard.

Milestone Systems Device Pack 10.0a also supports the new firmware for MOBOTIX's Mx6 series of cameras. Mx6 cameras use a powerful CPU that processes up to 34 frames per second in full HD. This allows for even better capture of fast movements. The camera line has more capability for software applications, such as 3D motion analysis and in-camera license plate capture.

Following this release, Milestone Systems supports more than 7,000 devices and 40% of its controllers are now integrated through ONVIF, an open industry forum that provides and promotes standardized interfaces for the effective interoperability of physical security products with IP technology.
