A complete system of video surveillance cameras will be installed in December in different strategic areas of the Rimac to reinforce the tasks of citizen security and give greater tranquility to the inhabitants of this town, also hoping that criminal acts will be reduced in this district of Lima, Peru.
The cameras will be monitored from a central that will be implemented in the offices of the Citizen Security management.
For its part, the city of Rosario, in Argentina, implemented a video surveillance solution at the Feria de las Colectividades to prevent theft. Luis Baitta, undersecretary of Prevention and Citizen Security of Rosario, confirmed that there will be "a system of cameras strategically distributed to have greater control of public space."
From the municipality it was reported that security cameras will be used to control the massive event. "We simply prefer to prevent and have a greater presence throughout the area," said the Undersecretary of Prevention and Citizen Security.
