International. On November 8, 9 and 10, the first edition of the SoftGuard technical conference in Spain was held in the city of Madrid. These days included the presentation of SoftGuard Ibérica, and the 14th Edition of the Certification for SoftGuard Administrators, which included the participation of Daniel Banda, CEO of SoftGuard; Virginia D'Errico, Sales Manager; and Pablo Canónico, Design and Development Manager.With the launch of SoftGuard Ibérica, the company began a higher level of service and presence in Spain, currently covering 10% of the market, offering technical support and training in the local context, personalized visits to customers, in addition to having offices fully equipped with the highest technology to provide demonstrations and after-sales service.
As for the Certification of Administrators, 16 companies using the monitoring system from different cities in the country such as Marbella, La Manga del Mar Menor, Murcia, Santa Eulalia, San Fernando de Henares, Barcelona, Mataró, Aveiro, Lleida, Felanitx and Ibiza participated, in addition to the special participation of the company Grupo 8 of Lisbon and Norbain Official Distributor of SoftGuard in Portugal.
The development of the Certification gave space to camaraderie between companies, enjoying together lunches and a welcome dinner at the Restaurant "The Knife". At the end, the students had an evaluation and the corresponding certificates of participation were delivered.
