Likewise, ESA will support the Integratec Mexico fair this year, an event that will take place on August 14 and 15 and will have a pavilion dedicated to the field of security.
This association also provides networking opportunities such as the EMP (Executive Management Professional) group, discounts on commercial insurance through Security America, training through the National Training School platform and its publications, among other benefits.
Another service offered but considered intangible is promotion. This requires the ESA to act as a representative body, with a collective vision and position that is presented to people in the media, local, state and federal government agencies, code and standards development organizations and regulators.
“The volunteer board and professional staff have a responsibility to ensure that proceeds are used wisely and it is a challenge we gratefully accept,” the association said.
Within its 2023 Annual Report, ESA details its investments, with a breakdown of expenditures and metrics related to programs and activities, including disclosure on behalf of the industry.
