Latin America. The new graphical interface of the SoftGuard Technical Service module allows to position on the map, through markers, the location of the objectives that have tasks in the "Pending" state.
Through this new tool, the alarm receiving center will be able to carry out a better planning, achieving a greater use of human resources, destined to the execution of installation and maintenance tasks.
The technical manager will be able to visualize the position of the accounts that have requested maintenance or repair; this, combined with having the position of the technical assistance mobiles or the monitoring of people, through SmartPanics, offers a precise tool, to improve the management of personalized attention services.
