Mexico. HID Global revealed its latest technologies during the last Expo Seguridad México, which are based on new reliable identification solutions for the Latin American public.
HID Global has launched its new fingerprint reader that combines credential excellence with its patented multispectral imaging technology. The high-performance iCLASS SE RB25F offers an unparalleled experience by improving image capture and fingerprint check-checking performance in less than a second, significantly reducing the delays that used to be so problematic in biometric access control solutions.
This year HID Global presents for the first time in Latin America its Fargo Connect, a platform that comprises a centralized, secure and integrated system that combines hardware, software and services with cloud technology. This system simplifies the operation and support of high-volume ID card issuance in an office.
The platform leverages the existing ID management system and combines with HID's protected cloud platform to deliver an agile experience, from design to card printing.
Similarly, the company will demonstrate its HID FARGO HDP6600 high-definition printer/encoder, this solution halves the time required to print the first ID card, while doubling the performance of overall production, allowing up to 230 cards per hour to be printed. It is the first and only retransfer printing solution for personalization of identifications to obtain GreenCircle certification.
Finally, at stand 2724 of Expo Seguridad Mexico you can see live demonstrations of the OMNIKEY 5027 readers, a high frequency USB reader of contactless RFID cards; and the iCLASS SE R10, a smart card reader that enables adaptable and interoperable access control, designed for door applications that require a compact card reader.
