Latin America. Maglite presents new faces in decisive positions for the consolidation of the brand in different strategic regions. One of them is that of Jurgen Oliver, who has taken over as the new Sales Director for Latin America and the Caribbean after the retirement of Ana Schneider last July.
Oliver comes from serving as Sales Director of Reed Exhibitions, a global leader in the events business. Precisely, maglite's official statement, in which it announces its new members internally, highlights the work with retailers, manufacturers and marketers carried out by Oliver during his nearly six years at Reed during which he played an important role in building successful relationships within the Latin American region.
Jurgen himself, who lives with his family on the outskirts of Miami, highlights his experience in the field of exhibitions, which seeks to make available to greater visibility of the brand of this American company that has around 20 distributors in different countries of the continent.
For him, the Latin American market is growing more and more, aware that there are still some countries that have yet to be reached. Part of its strategy is to visit each of the countries that the company currently serves, know what is being done in them and help the distributor generate more advertising and marketing.
International structure
Another of the new additions presented by the company as part of the international team is Andreas Lebherz, new executive director for the European Union (EU) and the EMEA area (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Lebherz comes from the German company ABUS, dedicated to consumer safety products. His vast experience in most markets within the EU and neighbouring countries are his biggest card to drive the company's global growth.
For its part, as part of the Export Department of Customer Service has joined Erica Olmos, who joins EvaLynn Villalva to provide support in the operational support of the company's sales efforts.
