Biamp
Biamp's Vocia networked public address and voice evacuation system uses a decentralized network architecture to eliminate the possibility of a point of failure and provide offices, convention spaces, hospitals, among others, with a reliable, scalable and upgradable emergency communications system for the future.
This solution uses IP technologies such as CobraNet® and VoIP, integrates with existing IP networks for multi-site installations, complying with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards for voice location in the U.S.
Among its features is software-based zoning, which allows operators to add or change zones, make specific calls only where necessary, and connects with complementary systems such as fire panels, monitoring systems, databases and security systems.
