Platinum Tools' ToneMaster high-power tone generator and ToneSeeker tracking probe are two tools that facilitate signal detection up to 32 kilometers away, making tracking through walls and enclosures easier for networking, coaxial, and telephony applications.
The ToneMaster features 4 tone levels, with an imbalance in the medium amplitude for a stronger signal in twisted pairs. Additionally, depending on the need, three different shades can be chosen on the front panel of the tool.
For its part, the ToneSeeker is a high sensitivity probe that when used in conjunction with the ToneMaster, identifies the type of cable and wire without the need for direct metal contact with the conductor.
Among the highlights of the ToneMaster is 700% more power than standard tone generators, a constant amplitude output that does not decrease the signal as the battery is discharged, and includes an RJ12 adapter cable to link the tool with RJ45 or RJ11 connectors.
