Mexico. Schneider Electric, with the aim of offering greater differentiation, new benefits and an improved experience to the associates of the company's IT Division (APC by Schneider Electric), relaunches its channel program.
The growth of the French multinational both in solutions and in business segments has brought with it new commercial opportunities that require specialization and greater training for its strategic allies, so an evolution is necessary to enhance the detection and development of new businesses, in addition to strengthening its relationship with partners.
"The channels of the Schneider Electric IT division have always been an important pillar to reach the segments of our target market, for this reason there is the priority of developing in them, skills and abilities that allow identifying, deploying and designing solutions that respond to the real needs of the end customer", says Liliana Grisales, Director of Strategic Marketing for Schneider Electric's IT Division for Latin America.
One of the most important points of the update of the channel program of the IT Division of Schneider Electric is that each level of program is differentiated according to the commitment, experience and focus of business.
That is, each Partner will have their domain area and also the opportunity to develop their skills within it. Registered are business partners familiar with the product portfolio; Select corresponds to business partners with a level of commitment of formal education and trained to identify opportunities in the different segments. Premier and Elite partners are the levels of greatest commitment to the brand and in addition to identifying opportunities, they develop and design solutions in the following focus segments:
Premier Partner:
* Consumer and Business Power: volume sales in single-phase enterprise and personal energy systems
* Small IT: IT infrastructure up to 20KVA
* Power: three-phase systems for industrial applications
* Cooling: perimeter cooling
Elite Partner:
* Small and Medium Data Center: data center infrastructure up to 500KVA
* Large and XL Data Centers: integral solutions from the electrical connection, to the Racks Greater than 500KVA
"The purpose of the channel program is to develop and consolidate our business partners in each of its target segments and this brings with it more specialized training, a joint business plan and greater differentiation and benefits," added Grisales. "In addition to this, a new human resource has been integrated into the Latin American regional team in charge of the strategy and development of the training for our partners, ranging from quarterly informative webinars, to certifications and specializations that we will be introducing in 2014, as part of the requirements to maintain membership within the Program."
