To be held the same week as IntegraTEC™, the two-day, eight-hour seminar will be a review for owners and directors of technology services companies for SMEs working in systems integration, residential technology, building automation, electronic security, among other low voltage services.
Among the different responsibilities, the Bootcamp for Integrators™ will review:
• Selection of suppliers and technology
• Sales Marketing
• Salary and compensation packages
•Closures
•Budget
• Recruitment and retention
• Succession plan
"To date, all the different trainings offered in the market are focused on the technology or the product," said Max Jaramillo, Managing Director of Latin Press. "The purpose of Bootcamp for Integrators™ is to give company directors, both novice and veteran, an overview of how to best operate their business as an owner-manager."
Meanwhile, Germán Cortés, General Manager of ALFIL, said that "every integrator must have the necessary skills to professionally lead a technology company. Our Integrator BootCamp is a good way to upgrade and see if you're doing it right."
The dates of the different activities will be published soon.
