International. Assa Abloy has signed an agreement to acquire FocusCura, a provider of technology solutions for the care of the elderly in the Dutch market. FocusCura has developed a software platform that, in combination with other technology products and services, enables senior care organizations to focus on care.

FocusCura was founded in 2003 and the main office is located in Driebergen-Rijsenburg, The Netherlands.
Sales in 2019 amounted to approximately €13 million (approximately SEK 130 million) and the acquisition will be diluted to EPS from the outset.
The acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of 2020.
