Latin America. Axis Communications announced that it has merged its business division in Latin America, which was previously distributed in two regions: the Mexico, Central America and Caribbean region, and the South American region. Each managed under its own structure and growth goals.
The company explained that this decision has been taken in order to align the objectives towards a single guideline, give greater presence to the region and make the administration more efficient. The new structure, both commercial and operational, will allow to centralize the axis message, unite commercial objectives, serve customers and make operations more efficient.
Now these two areas will be under the management of Leopoldo Ruiz, Regional Director of Latin America, who assures that "at all times we face new challenges to grow and evolve, today the challenge is to give a unified image for Latin America, aligning strategies for their benefit, so that our channels and end users can have the certainty that this new structure will have the right people to solve their needs effectively and timely".
One of the main advantages of this new structure is that the channels that are in local areas may have the opportunity to expand regionally, which opens up multiple business alternatives for the entire ecosystem of partners, distributors and end users, reinforcing one of the most important alliances of the company.
This unification will also be reflected in strategic areas, such as Business Development headed by Mauricio Swain, who will assume the position of Business Development Manager for Latin America, he will manage the various solutions that Axis offers in order to make them reach new vertical markets for the Latin American region.
Likewise, the Marketing area will be led by Mariana Ramírez, who will assume the position of Marketing Manager for Latin America and will seek to expand axis' key messages throughout the region, with the aim of consolidating a work team that, together, will direct the company to meet important business goals.
On the sales team, Denith Garcia will be taking over as Hispanic Inside Sales Team Lead, who will be in charge of the region's business objectives.
On the other hand, Francisco Rodríguez will assume the position of Technical Manager Area, for the areas of Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, Northern Cone, CBP and APU.
The entire team will be led by Leopoldo Ruiz. "We want the market to know that our goal is to give continuity to our business area, while improving our distribution model. This is what we have taken care of and that we will continue to promote as a commitment to the market. Another of the company's foundations that we want to reinforce is the constant technological innovation through which we seek to enhance our solutions in order to continue constituting a smarter and safer world, "said the Regional Director of Latin America.
