International. Avigilon Corporation announced that it will present its upcoming high-resolution H4 thermal camera at the International Fire and Safety Exhibition and Conference (IFSEC 2019).
The new Avigilon H4 thermal camera models will combine patented Avigilon technology with heat detection capabilities to improve perimeter security in areas with poor visibility, difficult lighting conditions and absolute darkness. The high-resolution H4 thermal camera will allow users to see more accurately from longer distances, giving customers the information they need and ensuring that important details don't go unnoticed.
"We are introducing the high-resolution H4 thermal camera to provide our customers with longer-range detection in places where environmental factors and lighting conditions are difficult," said Sergio Parise, senior vice president of Product Development at Avigilon. "With the ability to recognize threats more accurately over longer distances in these conditions, this camera will provide an excellent video security solution for sites that require perimeter protection."
The H4 thermal camera is expected to launch globally in the third quarter of this year.
