FI-3000 FiberInspector Pro is an efficient Multi-Fiber Push On (MPO) input surface inspection chamber, which allows you to observe from the finish of the fibers to each individual fiber, as well as perform an automated Pass/Fail analysis in seconds.
MPO technology allows the simultaneous connection of up to 32 fibers that transmit hundreds of gigabits of information, but are susceptible to the number one cause of failures: dirt. The FI-3000 allows you to observe the fiber instantly with the Live View function and through the gesture-based interface, enlarge the individual fibers or perform tests.
The multi-camera design with autofocus provides a live view to inspect the MPO installation with an iOS or Android mobile device, while Pass/Fail tests, which comply with IEC 61300-3-35, can be used for any single- and two-row or 8-, 10-, 12- or 16-fiber configuration.
This equipment distributed by Anixter allows you to choose between two user interfaces and reporting methods. With the iOS/Android app it is possible to inspect the MPO facility with a mobile device and share the results of your inspections via text messages or even on social media.
