Mobotix and restaurant terminal systems provider Vectron present their video solution that integrates transaction data through Vectron terminals with data recorded in Mobotix's IP video surveillance system, storing it together when making a sale.
This solution allows to clarify the differences in the terminals, increases the security in each establishment and helps to increase the sales by performing analysis of the videos with the analytical tools of Mobotix.
In conjunction with the Mobotix Management Center (MxMC) 1.7 software, it is possible to easily search for the POS data stored according to individual criteria and display the corresponding documentary image for each result and the evaluation of the video can be carried out locally or from any other MxMC workstation, such as at the company's headquarters, through a secure Internet connection.
The MxMC software displays the camera images related to each transaction and includes relevant search functions in practice. In this way, conflicting cash transactions can be securely documented and verified.
Additionally, if the company uses a Mobotix hemispherical camera with MxAnalytics, it can count objects and people, and show the corresponding movements on a heat map.
The solution is compatible with all Vectron terminals and Mobotix Mx6 cameras from firmware version MX-V5.0.2.14 plus.
