TRENDnet launches managed PoE switches of the WebSmart series, it is the 52-port WebSmart PoE+ Gigabit switch, model TPE-5048WS, offers advanced management functionality with 104Gbps switching capacity. This switch, with rackmount option and IPv6 compatible, comes with an intuitive web-based interface.
It offers 48 gigabit PoE+ ports with a total available power of 740W and four gigabit ports (RJ-45 or SFP). It supports the 802.3at per port standard for devices such as high-power wireless access points, Internet cameras with PTZ (vertical-horizontal movement and zoom) and VoIP telephony systems.
Managed functions include checklists, LACP, VLAN, IGMP snooping, QoS with queue scheduling, bandwidth control per port, RMON, SNMP trap and syslog for monitoring and flexible network integration.
