Mexico. HID Global will present during Expo Human Capital its new dual DTC 1500 printer/encoder with lamination, a printing solution that allows those responsible for the Human Resources area to obtain greater security for their organizations by issuing cards and identifications that are extremely difficult to falsify. The DTC 1500 will be on display alongside the DUAL DTC5500LMX with lamination and dual HDP5600 with lamination printers.
The DTC1500 printer/encoder features a new custom watermark feature to apply transparent permanent security images within the overlaminate panel, plus conventional password protection and data encryption with the AES256 standard can provide an additional level of security. Another innovative element is the low-cost, high-capacity half-panel color ribbons, which considerably reduce the cost per card without diminishing the quality.
HID Global will also take advantage of its participation in Expo Capital Humano 2017 (stand 520) to offer professionals in this area different solutions in secure identification and mobile access control, based on the idea that the leaders of different companies and their areas of human resources (HR) face increasingly greater challenges in the management of their personnel in the face of the demands of reducing time and operating costs while they are increases productivity.
Faced with the above, Javier Jarillo, sales manager of Physical Access Control of HID Global in Mexico, explains that "organizations need to incorporate technological resources that allow them to migrate to intelligent, interconnected environments and cloud services to offer better management of the databases of their staff".
On the other hand, and taking into account that organizations increasingly incorporate the use of mobile technology into their workforce, HID Global will exhibit at the Human Capital Expo Mobile Access technology, which offers a new alternative for the physical access control system. This solution provides ease, comfort and security both to the employee, because just by locating your mobile device to the enabled readers you can easily enter, as well as to the human resources areas.
"With the management of virtual credentials directly from the cloud we make more efficient the time in which all the participants of a company need to be credentialed, a process that can sometimes take weeks"; Another of the fundamental factors of this technology is the high security it provides because "they are supported by Seos®, which is the latest technological generation of smart cards not vulnerable to cloning and with memory capacity to store data safely," said Jarillo.
For HID Global it is important that both business and human resources leaders identify how they can make better decisions in their management, so in addition to its exhibition of solutions the conference: Innovation and Fourth Generation Mobility in Identification Systems for Secure Access Control, on November 9 at 15:00 (local time).
