Panama. NVT Phybridge, a leading brand in PoLRE (Power over Ethernet Long Range), network infrastructure and connections based on IP technology, will participate as a specialist assistant in the second edition of the Annual Summit of Expansion of Latin American Hospitals, which will be held between October 3 and 4, in Panama City.
During the event, NVT Phybridge will be exhibiting its technological solutions and products that help optimize the effective delivery of health services, such as its IP network infrastructure for convergent and unified communication platforms that improve collaborative communication processes within organizations. It will also present successful cases of non-disruptive, affordable and high-quality installations.
In 2016, the first edition of the summit was attended by more than 120 registered attendees from decision-level positions, including medical directors, presidents, CEOs and quality directors. A total of 73 hospitals, 37 consultants, EPCs and architects, 25 representatives and government associations and 34 planners participated.
If we take into account this balance that the first edition of this event delivered, it is possible to affirm that it is already beginning to consolidate itself as a high-impact event in terms of services and technologies for the health sector in Latin America.
The medical sector is a priority not only in Panama, but also in neighboring countries and the Southern Cone, where huge investments are being made in the construction of new hospitals and the renovation of existing ones and the acquisition and implementation of medical equipment and state-of-the-art technologies. Examples of this are Mexico, Chile and Bolivia that have, within their government plans, clear policies to increase health infrastructure in the following years.
The educational program of the event will address, among other topics, planning, design and construction for patient care; quality and accreditation, financial projects; technological trends and advances related to telemedicine, as well as success stories associated with this agenda.
