Its use is governed by the exclusive management of the Keri access control system designed precisely for the IP controllers of the NXT Series. The encryption of information such as the identification between the reader and the card or the monitoring of the reader from the controller, is used for the verification of eventualities and guarantee the most secure solution in readers.
With a permitted wiring distance of up to 300 meters from the controller, the NXT Series readers dramatically reduce wiring costs compared to traditional models with 6 or 7 conductor interfaces because the Keri system solves this situation with only 4 conductors.
