Mexico. November and December will be key months for Hikvision, in the company of its partner distributors, to implement the HCSA certification program.
The Hikvision Certified Security Associate (HCSA) program is one of the benefits of working with Hikvision solutions. These are certifications led by engineers from several integrators with recognition in the market that facilitate training in equipment installation, configuration, operation and added value, which arrive in Mexico.
"One of the most important objectives that Hikvision has for LATAM is to increase, improve and promote the knowledge of the products and solutions we have, hence through our certification we can deliver technical components to the people who attend," says Diego Higuera, specialist in the development of Hikvision Digital Technology and trainer in Latin America.
On November 25, in the city of Monterrey, Mexico, a training day will be held with Anixter and for December there are two more projected with this same distributor and with Syscom, two important allies for Hikvision in the region.
"We have a calendar of certifications for each quarter of the year in different countries. Some are also made at the request of distributors. Our agenda and methodology of an HCSA is basically an introduction to the company, products, advantages and operation of equipment, "says Diego Higuera.
In addition, the HCSA certification aims to help participants demonstrate their competence and skills in Hikvision solutions such as operation and graphical user interface (GUI) of Hikvision back-end devices, as well as operation of IP cameras, PTZ cameras, Hikvision auxiliary tools, and Hikvision iVMS-4200 and Hikvision iVMS-4500 applications.
These scenarios, in turn, are a platform for brand positioning and constitute an incentive for integrators to obtain benefits such as discounts on demonstration equipment, registration and support of possible projects and co-marketing opportunities with the company.
